Hello all and welcome to the portal for all YOUR Real Estate needs! I’m Yamil Cancel, and I’m the Operations Manager for The Jesse Roldan Team. A little bit about me: I am a husband, father, Realtor and business entrepreneur. I am in my early 30’s (in the beginning of back aches) and I was born and raised in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico by a single father who taught me to always be respectful, humble, to help others, work hard and fear God. I’ve been happily married for 8+ years with my amazing wife Mariel and we had the blessing of having 2 wonderful kids together. We reside in the small & great town of Fountain Hill in Pennsylvania. Prior to Real Estate, in 2010 I started my working endeavors at Amazon.com where I worked for over a decade. I worked myself from an entry level agency employee to participating in the launch of 5 new fulfillment centers in the northeast, implementing innovative process improvements, and participating in the launch of the Amazon Transportation & Logistics department where I had the opportunity of becoming a Transportation Manager and licensed commercial driver. I’ve had the blessing of meeting Jesse and Renae 5+ years ago when they helped my wife and I purchase our mixed use property and first home. In the following years, after having my firstborn I decided I wanted to undertake and explore other career opportunities where I could make a difference in other people’s lives so I got licensed as a Realtor in 2020 and went full time in 2022. Jesse and Renae welcomed me to the team with open arms and thanks to their training and pouring of knowledge, in the short time I’ve been in this industry I’ve had great and rapid success. I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients from many different backgrounds and situations which have helped me gain the skills and knowledge to be crafty, think outside the box and always find the way to help them achieve their real estate goals. Aside from being a Realtor, I’m a commercial landlord, and my wife and I run an online reselling business. My family drives and motivates me to be the best version of myself every day and build a legacy for our future generations. On my off time I am 100% dedicated to my family and the people I love, I am a coffeeholic, Martial Arts and comedy fanatic y soy “Boricua de pura cepa”. Our team and I strive to help as many families and businesses as possible to reach their Real Estate dream and build relationships that will last a lifetime because is not an I thing…is a WE thing.
